Delivery Information for Wedding and Event Decorations

​

We offer few delivery service options depending on the delivery address and postcodes. The cost and available options can be checked by adding the item in the shopping cart and then enter the address to calculate the delivery charges and select the service available to suite your needs. We also offer a pallet delivery service for our larger and fragile products. Unfortunately, we do not offer any guarantee on the delivery service and do not offer refunds for express delivery if the courier failed to deliver next working day. We use Parcel Force next day service for express delivery which is one of the reliable couriers in UK and often delivers next working day.

Available Delivery Services

  • UK Express Delivery (3 Working Days*)

  • UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days*)

  • Pallet Delivery: Express 3 working days and Standard 4-5 working days.

 

We do not offer any guarantee on delivery time due to lot of factors and uncertainty that can affect deliveries. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays. If the order required a pallet, please allow 3 working days for express delivery and up to 5 working days for standard delivery.

 

If your order consists of multiple packages, the courier may not deliver the items in one attempt as sometimes packages get split in different routes. Please allow 1 working day extra if all the packages were not delivered.

All prices are subject to UK standard VAT.

General Delivery Terms and Information

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays, the cut off time for Express Delivery is 2PM

  • Express Service is not guaranteed but enjoying 92% success rate to be delivered next working day      

  • We partner with Parcel Force and other courier services to send most of our items and Royal Mail services are used to send the small items.

  • If the order is big and consists of items which need to be sent on a pallet, the express delivery may take up to 2 working days and standard delivery would be around 4-5 working days inside UK mainland.

  • We will use reasonable efforts to deliver the products ordered within the timescales indicated on the Site or on the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. These delivery timescales are estimates; they are not guaranteed. 

  • The courier delivers the items at the address, a signature is not mandatory.

  • The courier will deliver the goods between 7AM to 6pm anytime and the buyer should make sure someone available at the address to receive the goods.

  • The courier will leave the goods with available neighbour unless instructed not to do so by the buyer when making the purchase.

  • The courier will make a second attempt to deliver the goods if they failed to deliver the items in first attempt. The courier will hold the goods for further 3 days in their local depot before sending back to us unless the buyer collects the items from the local depot. The buyer will need to pay re-delivery charger and a further £20.00 return charge will be payable. There will be £10.00 re-delivery charge for small standard item and £20+vat for item longer than 120cm if the buyer would like the courier to deliver the items again after 2nd failed attempt. If the item was sent on a pallet, a pallet rate will be applied for the above cases.

  • If the products ordered are refused at the point of delivery, the delivery cost will not be refunded and a further return to sender cost will be applied to the buyer account.

  • Admire’s Furnishings will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages for failing to fulfil the order or failing to deliver the items on time for any reasons, (including but not limited to loss of time, emotional damage, reputational damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of an opportunity.

Upon Receipt of Goods

  • If perchance you received products that appeared to be damaged or defective please e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the problem in as much detail as possible. A detailed video is highly recommended

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for used merchandise.

  • A thorough investigation will be carried out and depending on the nature of the issue we may request that you return the items to us for inspection.

  • Upon inspection a decision will then be made and we will either dispatch replacements, refund or return the goods back to you.
